All regular class meetings are held at the Binghamton University campus in the School of Management building. Classrooms are comfortably
furnished and fully equipped to facilitate instruction.
Typical Executive MBA Course Schedule
The Executive MBA with a Health Care concentration
is designed to offer a foundation of basic business and management concepts
and techniques during the first year of the program. During the second
year courses, those concepts and techniques are applied to the broad field
of health management and strategic management.

Class Format and Timing
The
EMBA program is designed to be highly interactive. It stresses individual
participation, class discussion, and participation in groups and team
projects. Faculty use a variety of teaching methods including case analysis,
computer and non-computer simulations, business problems and projects
that may be drawn from the participants' own organizations. Classes are
taught by both full time members of Binghamton University faculty and
by experts in the field of health care.
