Those
students in the B.S. in Management degree program are encouraged to complete
a concentration in one of the functional areas of management. Each concentration
requires three courses beyond the introductory (311) course in that area.
Declaration of a concentration is usually done during the junior year,
but may be done anytime prior to graduation and may be easily changed
by visiting the SOM Advising Office.
Students
may elect to complete a second concentration by completing 3 appropriate
courses beyond the introductory level. Students who elect not to take
a second concentration may fill these remaining credits with electives
of their choice.
